The calls are then qualified by your agents to determine acceptance of the call. Different call durations are used to qualify the prospect depending on the customer requirements. Your acceptance of the call starts only after the minimum call duration is met. Typically, minimum call durations range from 30 seconds to up to 3 minutes. Higher call volume can be achieved with lower call durations and per call pricing is directly tied to minimum call duration.
